Bergamot essential oil (Citrus bergamia) comes from the fruit of the Bergamot tree which belongs to the Rutaceae family, which is better identified by the name Citrus. This tree’s fruit is a cross between the lemon and the orange, giving the small, round fruit a slight pear-shaped, and a yellow coloring. 

Bergamot Essential Oil was used historically in Italian folk medicine and in Ayurvedic medicine to treat problems related to digestion, skin health, and fever to name a few ailments it could effectively relieve. Bergamot has been noted for its skin-cleansing properties, and its elegant scent makes it a popular addition to luxury shampoos, soaps, and cleansers 

Bergamot oil is also used as a food flavoring agent & adding Bergamot Oil to regular black tea resulted in the creation of the popular Earl Grey Tea.

Diffuse in the classroom, at work, or at home when stress levels or tension is high.

Apply to the skin while showering and inhale deeply to experience its calming aroma while enjoying its purifying skin benefits.

Change regular tea to Earl Grey with the addition of Bergamot.

Apply to the feet before bedtime or use with Carrier Oil for a calming and relaxing massage.

Add one to two drops to your favorite skin care product for added cleansing properties.

Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Carrier Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

Citrus Air Freshener

  • 20 drops Bergamot
  • 20 drops Mandarin
  • 10 drops Clove
  • 4 ounces of water

Fill a 4-ounce mist spray bottle with purified water. Shake well before using. Spray the mist into the air.

Bergamot Massage Blend

  • 4 drops Bergamot
  • 2 drops Roman Chamomile
  • 2 drops Lavender
  • 2 drops Geranium
  • 2 teaspoons Fractionated Coconut Oil

Combine ingredients and use as a relaxing massage blend.

Feel Good Diffuser Blend

  • 2 drops Bergamot
  • 2 drops Lavender
  • 4 drops Rose

Use in a diffuser 

Spritz Your Spirits Body Spray

  • 20 drops Bergamot
  • 10 drops Lavender
  • 10 drops of Cedarwood
  • 4 ounces of water

Add ingredients to a 4-ounce spray bottle and use anytime you feel your spirits drooping.

Relaxing Bath Blend

  • 4 drops Bergamot
  • 4 drops Lavender
  • 2 drops Clary Sage
  • 1 tablespoon  Fractionated Coconut Oil

Add to a warm bath. Close the bathroom door, slide into the tub, and relax for 15-20 minutes.
